We’re building a community, producing content, curating expert knowledge - distilling and distributing it. With over 250,000 monthly users across Australia, we know we’re onto something special and this is just the beginning
**Who are we looking for?**
We’re looking for someone who sees themself as a creator of brand look and feel - it’s not about simply the package used to communicate information - it’s creating a brand identity. You will have a strong set of graphic design skills coupled with a passion for becoming more involved in product design over time.
- Emotional intelligence - You might have used typography, colour, layout and photography to help tell a story, or convey an emotion. This is a big part of our mission to empower through educating.
- Passion - for creating exceptional graphic design pieces that captures and convey complex ideas in a digestible form.
- Curiosity You will want to understand why something works and how it might work better.
- Analytical - you will be able wrap your head around the content we produce and enhance its impact through work such as data visualization.
- A phenomenal communicator - As someone who will work with almost everyone in the business, you will be awesome at communicating what you need and what you will do

**What will you be doing?**
- Execute on a variety of creative projects. You will share ownership of the look and feel of our content across all distribution channels. This will include, creating visuals to frame our content in all of its forms, including written, video, and audio content, our website, branded experiences for in-person and virtual events, swag, external presentations and branded documentation, and more
- Ideate by working closely with business leaders. You’ll work with content producers, product designers, product managers and more to shape our creative direction. You’ll contribute ideas and voice your opinions in workshops and collaborative sessions to help drive towards an outcome.

This is a part time role that can be completed flexibly ~21 hours per week
