**The Role**:
As a Lead Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and lawns of apartment buildings and luxury homes across Sydney. Initially, you will work alongside an experienced lead gardener, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience. Once you have proven your skills and dedication, you will be given the opportunity to manage jobs and overseeing the maintenance of multiple properties.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in gardening and lawn maintenance
- Excellent physical fitness to perform all gardening tasks efficiently
- Ability to work at a fair pace while maintaining high standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
