John Holland, CPB Contractors and Ghella will soon commence design and construction work for the Sydney Metro West - Eastern Tunnelling Package.

With a contract worth $1.63 billion, the Eastern Tunnelling Package includes construction of 3.5-kilometre tunnels under Sydney Harbour between The Bays and the Sydney CBD, and the excavation of Pyrmont and Hunter Street stations. Starting at The Bays, tunnel boring machines will cross the harbour near the Anzac Bridge, before heading to the new Pyrmont station and then under Darling Harbour before reaching Hunter Street in the heart of the CBD.

This is the final piece in the puzzle to deliver the city-shaping Sydney Metro West project.

**The Role**:
As Receptionist/Site Administrator your role will be to provide administrative support to project, which typically includes assisting with tasks such as data entry; the maintenance of financial records; compiling of reports; the processing and completion of forms, stakeholder communications; organisation of team meetings / event logistics; and secretarial support as required.
- Maintain project security by following procedures and controlling access to the building. Eg issuing visitor badges and following visitor sign in procedures.
- Assisting with maintain project filing and database systems, storing information accurately and safely.
- Assisting with expenses and invoices.
- Provide administrative support which may include arranging and attending meetings, conferences, functions, taking and distributing minutes, and making travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
- Assist the day-to-day operations of the office.
