Known for our exceptional coffee, delicious food, and warm atmosphere, we pride ourselves on providing an outstanding dining experience for our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated waiter/waitress to join our friendly team.
**Job Description**:
As a waiter/waitress at Mo Cafe, you will be the face of our café, ensuring our guests receive excellent service. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and seating customers
Taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently
Providing detailed information about our menu and specials
Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly
Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
Assisting with setup and cleanup tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
A valid RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
