Field Service Representative

We are seeking a water treatment plant operator who has the right attitude, proactive, perceptive and motivated to deliver.

Previous water industry expertise preferred however not required.

Your responsibilities include:

- Operate a water treatment plant at a designated location in Brisbane, Australia.
- Installation, operation, maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment and chemical feed systems.
- Perform water analysis and collect water samples.
- Conducts preventative maintenance and calibration on water treatment plant
- Prepare and distribute reports and data sheets to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, maintain and develop onsite administrative processes and records.
- Remains on call-out duty when required as prescribed by the ANZ team call out schedule.
- Travel when necessary to remote water treatment plants to perform required works.
- Ensure safe work practices including the development and implementation of safe work method statements, risk assessments, injury and incident reporting and other WHS requirements for own area of work.
- Comply with Veolia WTS Code of Conduct, EEO and Anti-discrimination principle.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Customer first mentality with a focus on building long term relationships.
- Basic computer skills that include Microsoft windows and Google drive.
- Self-directing and self-motivated to deliver consistent service and results.
