**Front of House / Administration**

**A full time permanent, front of house role in a busy specialist medical practice and day hospital based in South Sydney region.**

The client is looking for a committed and reliable employee who is keen to learn and work proactively as part of the team.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting patients
- Coordinating clinical bookings
- Maintain records and relevant documentation
- Scheduling of appointments
- Collecting and processing payments
- Data entry, scanning, billing, answering phones and
- All other ad hoc administration duties

**Skills Required**:

- Must have Medical Reception experience from either busy practice or hospital situation
- Must be proficient in Genie or similar such as Best Practice or Medical Director
- Must be Computer literate and proficient in Word/Outlook/Excel
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service
- An empathetic, positive and can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have full working rights

38 hour week with flexible starting and finishing times.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Business English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- experience with Genie, BP or Medical Director platforms (preferred)
