Sydney, Australia Mable Full time

**We’re powered by purpose**

Mable is an online platform connecting Australians looking for disability and aged care support to independent support workers. Since 2014, we’ve been helping our community live their kind of independence, and today we’re one of Australia's largest and fastest growing healthtech platforms.

We have been recognised in AFR’s Fast 100 list, Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50, and won the Australian Growth & Australian Technology Growth Company of the Year Award in 2020 So don’t miss your opportunity to join a thriving scale-up and deliver change to Australia’s care and support sector.

This role works on the HomeMade brand which is a related entity of Mable.

As Homemade’s Digital Producer, you will be responsible for helping create and maintain an exceptional website, with a particular focus on the customer acquisition experience. Working closely with our Performance and Lifecycle Marketing teams, you’ll understand customer and stakeholder needs and produce web experiences that engage, educate and convert customers. We’re looking for someone who can help champion best-practice digital experiences while keeping a focus on what our customers need to know about self-management in aged care.

**Day to day will see you**:

- Be responsible for creating a best-practice digital experience on the Homemade website using WordPress CMS. This includes owning both the day-to-day running of the website as well as working with the wider team to drive enablement of new features for customer acquisition and optimising the online sales funnel.
- Own the website content experience, including working with the wider Marketing, Growth and business teams to ensure content incorporates business, legal and technical requirements.
- Identify opportunities to test and implement improvements to the website experience, and contribute to driving a culture of strategic digital experimentation.
- Monitor, analyse and improve the website experience, including site performance and customer feedback, and work with internal stakeholders to prioritise and implement changes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, incorporating Performance and Lifecycle marketing, SEO and Salesforce, to provide innovative solutions in implementing website campaigns.
- Work closely with the wider Homemade team to understand the overarching business strategy, and identify and drive opportunities to implement these strategic initiatives online.
- Develop a solid understanding of the Homemade customer experience across all touchpoints, including legal and brand considerations, and ensure the website helps deliver this experience.
- Collaborate with creative and technical resources to deliver web assets.
- Manage troubleshooting on the website, including monitoring for downtime or Salesforce tracking issues, liaising with IT and launching site maintenance banners as required.
- Identify and help to implement improvements to website accessibility
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' website marketing efforts. Identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

**Skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Media, Communications, Digital Marketing or similar field
- 5+ years experience as a website producer driving digital features from concept to execution, including hands-on CMS publishing experience
- Strong knowledge of digital website marketing, including SEO and testing
- Experience working with Performance and CRM teams to connect data and insights to create connected customer experiences
- Data-driven mindset with an understanding of Google Analytics and gaining actionable insights out of reports
- Strong communication, teamwork, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing business requests
- Experience across lead generation and B2C marketing is a plus
- Elementor and/or Salesforce experience is a plus
- You are passionate about Tech and making a real impact on people’s lives
