- Responsible for both undertaking and leading a team to investigate business situations
- Identifying and evaluating problems, needs and options for improving business process & systems
- Defining requirements and ensuring effective use of data and information systems in meeting the needs of the Cutover activities
- Should be able to self-define specific tasks with stakeholders and SMEs from the business, IT, external third parties or Shareholders to lead, gather, analyse, translate specific needs, producing clear concise and unambiguous functional and non-functional requirements or any other project documentation or activities necessary in order to
- Ensure the success of the project or release delivery in accordance with business expectations and global processes.
- Drive requirements discovery and elicitation from stakeholders from backlog of internal and external requests
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and IT team members (incl. Developers, Architects, PM, QE's, BA's) to build consensus and drive towards delivery of the right solution
- Analyze, translate and document requirements into business and functional specifications for IT Development team
- Identify relevant upstream and downstream dependencies and follow up with stakeholders for input or signoffs on a timely basis
