Barista/bartender

The Rococo Group are looking for friendly, motivated staff who enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment to join our team at the Hawthorn venue. We have casual, part time and full time positions available and can work around school/ uni hours.

**The Company**

Our aim when we launched Rococo back in 2005, and to this day, has always been to provide Melburnians with simple, honest, delicious Italian food. We are passionate about all things food, wine and coffee and believe in the creating an experience for all our guests. We currently have 3 restaurants in Victoria; the first in St.Kilda and the second in Hawthorn and are excited to open our third in Point Cook.

**Your key responsibilities will include but are not restricted to**:

- Making Coffee - previous barista experience in Australia is highly regarded
- Mixing drinks, cocktails, pouring beers and wine
- Stock replenishment and stocktake
- General cleaning
- Ability to produce high quality coffees & alcoholic beverages

**Current RSA certificate and barista experience is a must**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.54 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hawthorn, VIC 3122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Cocktail making: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
