**About our Anglicare Cafes**:

- Our Hospitality and Events team have Casual and Part-Time opportunities available for customer focused service and kind-hearted Café and Functions Assistants to join the Anglicare team.
- In these roles you can work locally, across our Cafe's in the
- **_Northern Hills District_**.
- Our Café and Functions Assistants warm and friendly approach brings joy to the life of our valued residents, families, and friends at our Anglicare Retirement Villages across Sydney.

**Would you like to know more about the role?**
- Customer orders, preparing food according to set specifications and customer requirements, delivering orders and processing payments and use of the espresso coffee machine.
- Providing friendly, warm, and enthusiastic customer service.
- Contributing to the effectiveness of the whole team by working together and assisting in the kitchen area.
- Assisting with the set up and clearing of the café for differing functions.
- Assisting the Chef with simple food preparation, as required.
- Contributing to a hygienic work environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors and work areas at front and back of Café and ensuring that safety (WHS), cleanliness standards set by Anglicare are maintained.

**About you**:

- We would love you to apply
- Willingness to work across both locations in the Northern Hills District, availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Passion for providing a high standard of customer service, a love for making a difference in someone’s day and a genuine alignment to Anglicare's Christian values
- Current RSA certificate or willingness to obtain
- A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate would be highly regarded and or a willingness to complete company paid training to secure the certificate highly desirable
