Redpath Partners are proud to partner exclusively with Core Lithium (ASX:CXO), and are seeking a Survey Superintendent to join their operational site in Darwin.

As a key part of the Core Lithium expansion into the operational phase, you will optimise the use of the ore body and operational infrastructure while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide forward-thinking leadership, management, and planning of end-to-end survey functions, informing operational activities and priorities
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and site-based policies for open pit and underground survey functions
- Prepare survey reports and plans, identifying risks, recommending controls, and supporting structured and safe delivery of site priorities
- Timely measurement and reporting of mine workings, including areas, volumes blasted, progress against expectations, and KPIs
- Implement structured ways of working, fostering clarity for the survey team, stakeholders, and contract partners
- Establish, review, and refine internal survey processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Maximise survey outcomes through advanced IT software and hardware utilisation
- Develop and monitor the Survey Annual Plan, contributing to operational success and development targets
- Foster a genuine commitment to safety within the team and stakeholder groups.
- Utilise technology-enabled planning and reporting processes for enhanced efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Formal qualifications in Surveying with ongoing professional development commitment
- Business improvement background, designing and establishing new ways of working
- Significant experience in surface and underground mining operations, delivering high-quality survey outcomes
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills aligned with organisational goals
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate possibilities into breakthrough strategies
- Accountability and adherence to goals, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills for effective information conveyance
- Financial acumen for informed business decisions
- Problem-solving abilities in complex situations
- Efficient resource deployment for objective achievement
- Proficiency in mining software packages (e.g., Deswick/Vulcan) and possession of Remote Pilots License and valid driver's license
