Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft. From our base at Perth Airport, we specialised in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Program Manager Delivery, you will have the overall responsibility of managing the successful delivery of the transformation program for Network Aviation. You will manage the overall impact of the program and recommend amendments to scope of work to the Head of Customer Delivery and Transformation, and partner with the ‘Heads Of’ from the respective business units to ensure the Transformation Program is aligned with the strategic goals of Network Aviation.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Degree qualified, with masters and/or MBA.
- Tertiary qualification in business/commerce, aviation or project management
- Regulatory knowledge and experience working with regulatory authorities
- Previous aircraft introduction project management experience
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of collaboration across business units, functions and teams
- Expertise in developing and translating strategies into detailed plans / business cases
- Demonstrated expertise in appropriate project management tools
- Strong leadership qualities
- Work well under pressure and with ambiguity, high level of resilience
- Ability to show initiative and sound judgement when required to make decisions and gain cooperation.
- Ability to work remotely with little supervision
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
