Job Title: Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring prompt and accurate deliverof beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Adhere to all relevant legal and safety regulations, including ensuring responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines are followed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service, including coordinating food and beverage orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a bartender, with a solid understanding of drink preparation techniques and mixology.
- Possession of a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of orders while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
