**About the Role**:
Our Loganholme Branch is looking for a Training & LMS Administrator

This job will involve coordinating the Learning Management System ‘LMS’ (Cornerstone) by utilising its full capacity, including but not limited to tasks such as;
- Online and instructor-led course modules and curriculum creation
- Create and maintain training completion reports
- Maintain the aftermarket course events calendar
- Create and maintain attendance and marking sheets
- Manage the company’s aftermarket induction program ensuring: face to face course coordination, training modue allocation and regular quality control and manual updates
- Assist training team with additional administrative support such as support including report writing and compliance excel reporting

**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:

- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) proficiency
- Experience in Learning Management Systems highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to follow processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills with great attention for detail.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to constant change
- Strong personal drive to succeed
- The right to work in Australia
