**What you’ll do**:

- Provide supervision to administration team in their daily tasks.
- Direct records management process
- Process the procurement of operational supplies and purchases.
- Oversee and delegate the organisation of meetings, workshops, seminars and board functions including arranging lists of participants, travel arrangements, catering where appropriate and preparing and distributing relevant documents.
- Review and implement improvements to operational policy & procedures within the administration services.
- Provide monthly reports to and attend regular meetings with the Executive Manager
- Promote the Catholic ethos of the organisation and always comply with the policy and procedures as well as the Code of Conduct of Identitywa.
- Comply with the NDIS practice standards under the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
- Other duties as directed by Executive Manager Workforce & Development

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Tertiary education in Business Administration and/or extensive experience in office management
- Ability to supervise teams, including coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify improvements, determine priorities, multi-task and effectively meet deadlines.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written skills and customer service skills.
- Experience in innovating and maintaining office record and tracking systems, both electronic and paper based, and the ability to identify weaknesses in associated business processes and recommend improvements.
