**JOB TITLE: SUBSEA SUPERVISOR**

The Subsea Engineer / Supervisor is expected to be an experienced individual who is capable of working autonomously as part of the onshore engineering team to assist in preparation for readiness to execute operations and to supervise day-to-day well / subsea operations offshore during execution.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The Offshore Subsea Engineer / Supervisor will be responsible for carrying out assigned work with particular emphasis on HSEQ performance, preparation of engineering execution and supervision of offshore activities.
- Accountable for performing all duties with due regard to the health, safety of self, others and of the environment in which they are undertaken.
- Ensure that well design, construction and intervention procedures comply with Petrofac, Client and the relevant legislative requirements.
- Lead in the preparation and review of onshore FAT/SIT procedures, intervention programmes and interface documents with the LWIV service partner.
- Supervise the installation and test of subsea equipment in compliance with programme.
- Collate daily reports from the service companies and supply the information to the Petrofac supervisor.
- Report to the Drilling / Well Services Supervisor during well completion or intervention activities.
- Responsible for input into of programmes, work instructions and programme amendments for the construction, re-entry, repair of a well.
- Direct report to the Well Services Supervisor during offshore operations and the appointed onshore Team lead.
- Responsible during offshore operations for the service and performance of ROV, Wellhead, Subsea Tree Systems, Work Over and Intervention Systems, and Subsea Test Tree Systems.

**Key Tasks**
- Work closely with all team disciplines together with third part contractors to ensure technical and physical continuity is maintained.
- Support the project team in submission for and the implementation of and adherence to Petrofac and clients project specific HSEQ and legislative requirements.
- Chair Tool Box Talk meetings and brief crews as to the immediate programme steps. Produce written instructions to Wellhead, Subsea, Completions and Intervention team.
- Ensure that records of all wellhead, xmas tree and completions equipment installed are documented
- Ensure crews work efficiently to minimise well down time.
- Through close supervision, promote operational excellence during operations.
- Monitor contractor performance and liaise with contractor to optimise same.
- Capture lessons learned in Turus and feed back to the onshore Tree and Wellhead discipline lead.
- Encourage all crew members to contribute to all aspects involved in the safe and efficient execution of well operations and the rig safety systems.
- Record all non conformances and non production time and update these to the drilling / well services supervisor.
- Prepare load out lists and liaise with the logistics supervisor on the rig to ensure equipment movements are efficient with a view to maintaining cost control.
- Maintain a lifting certification register onboard the MODU / LWIV and ensure all Subsea tree, WOCS and wellhead related installation equipment remains in certification for forthcoming operations.
- Manage the call off of for all Xmas tree, wellhead and WOCS installation equipment. Track and record tooling movements to and from the MODU issuing a weekly update to the onshore subsea engineer.
- Confirm the supply of Services is as per call-off.
- Participate in review and management of FAT, SIT of equipment
- Day to day office based well operations support as required.
- Support preparation of statutory notifications to government and other parties.
- Work planning and scheduling in relation to offshore activities
- Participate in the input and tracking of all project actions and key legislation in Turus
