EQUANS has an opportunity for a HR Graduate to join the team in our Fairfield office in Melbourne, Victoria. Reporting to the HR Business Partner the HR Graduate will be responsible for providing a range of HR operational support services to the Business and the HR Business Partner including recruitment and claims. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in HR.
- Role Overview_
- Assist with recruitment approval forms, update recruitment software and register
- Help coordinate onboarding/inductions, including police checks
- Assist HR with Apprenticeship claims and maintain the Boosting Apprenticeship Claims register
- Provide HR administrative support
- Assist managers and employees with HR policies and procedures
- Other duties as directed by line manager
- Key Skills & Experience Required_
- Degree in HR or Law
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Understanding of recruitment processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
