Cafe Supervisor

**Key Requirements**:

- **5+ years café experience**:

- **3+ years barista experience**:

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage daily operations
- Honest, reliable, and a hard worker with excellent work ethic
- Flexible availability, including weekend shifts
- Ability to build rapport with customers and ensure exceptional service
- Experience in placing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining stock levels
- Ability to create and manage staff rosters efficiently
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Manage and train staff, ensuring high standards of customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Place orders and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages
- Prepare and manage staff rosters in line with business needs
- Ensure the café is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
