Kavanagh Industries is the leading sheet metal duct manufacturer in Australia, providing innovative and effective air movement solutions to the HVAC industry. Based in Smithfield, our manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and we pride ourselves on producing consistent, quality products.

Our company is looking for a motivated and capable applicant to join our enthusiastic, experienced and disciplined team. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll be a self-starter, hands on, comfortable working within a team, whilst having the discipline and commitment, to continually improve and drive our company’s strategy and your own growth.

The role includes, but not limited to:

- Machining, assembling and insulating of sheet metal ducting
- Loading trucks with our products
- Following and enforcing procedures in line with our Quality management system
- Compliant with WHS regulations and procedures

Selection criteria:

- Demonstrated achievement in any field
- Ability to work within teams
- High level attention to detail and quality control
- Truck licence a bonus

An immediate start is on offer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
