Manage a team of Site Managers that specialise in Greenfields Construction to ensure new homes are built to a high quality, in accordance with the Australian Building Codes, safely and in time parameters.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monthly / Weekly site inspections
- Facilitate construction meetings with your team
- Analysis of site spend and value
- Report on job progress, status, and future programs
- Promote and maintain safe work protocols
- Promote good work practises and quality control outcomes in trade base
- Provide a safe working environment
- Provide feedback to drafting /scheduling, sales, administration and accounts
- Display a high level of Leadership
