**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Marketplace Assistant. This role is located in Campbellfield, VIC, but some work from home is acceptable. The Ecommerce Marketplace Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing the company's online marketplace, including customer service, communication, sales, invoicing, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Service, Sales, and Communication skills

- Experience in ecommerce marketplaces
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in the travel or technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Category Strategy**:

- Managing multiple stores/accounts across E-commerce marketplace platforms Amazon, eBay, MyDeal and Catch. you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve business.
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock availability and prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Implement effective inventory control measures to enhance operational efficiency.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase category visibility and drive sales.
- Manage individual listing, update products data, specification, pricing and discount
- Manage online traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and A/B testing, ensuring data-driven strategies to achieve KPIs

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize data and analytics tools to track category performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Maintain monthly and quarterly growth numbers across portals,

**Vendor Relationships**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional opportunities to maximize profitability.

**Salary**: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
