**About The Role**
Western Health offers a variety of rotations, these include:
- Colorectal Surgery
- General Endocrine Surgery
- General Surgery (Bacchus Marsh, Footscray, Sunshine & Werribee Mercy)
- Upper GI Surgery
- Vascular Surgery
- Please note:_ all unaccredited trainees will be assigned a night duty / relieving term during the year.
We have a strong focus on Supervision, Education and Support All unaccredited trainees are expected to participate in the surgical education program and participate in research activities.
**To be Successful in this Role you will**:
- Hold or be eligible for medical registration with AHPRA
- Have completed a minimum of 2 years full time medical employment post internship (e.g. PGY3)
- Have completed at least 12 months of surgical experience/training (e.g. a surgical HMO year)
- Have passed or planning to sit the GSSE in 2024.
A minimum of 2 references are required for submission.
