**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Perform daily baking, production, and preparation of bakery products to established standards
- Maintain food quality and consistency across all products
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet daily output goals
- Manage resources efficiently to ensure high-quality production while minimising waste
- Ensure the bakery is maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Follow all health and safety regulations, keeping the kitchen a safe, clean environment for all
- Proactively identify ways to reduce waste and utilize seasonal produce
- Maintain and clean bakery equipment according to proper sanitation standards
- 2+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or Chef
- A strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Relevant commercial cooking or pastry qualifications (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- The ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- NSW FSS (Food Safety Supervisor) Certificate

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
