**The Role**
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with directorate strategy, planning, prioritisation, and delivery.
- Perform day-to-day team management, employing Agile methodology and managing team sprints.
- Investigate and resolve issues raised to the team and operate using ITIL framework.
- Coordinate required change and release management tasks for the team
**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience managing the Software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience using Agile methodology to run and manage team sprints.
- Demonstrated experience managing both business and technical stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience with Salesforce platform.
