Salvos Stores has an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Effectiveness Consultant to join our team.

The Workforce Effectiveness Consultant is engaged to design a range of projects and activities across various HR domains, including learning and development, talent management and training (amongst others).

The key focus of the role includes:

- Increase efficiency and align people activities with business objectives, by leading projects/activities across various HR domains.
- Develop simple project and/or activity plans and execute on their delivery, ensuring time, budget and quality specifications are met.
- Keep stakeholders regularly updated throughout the project/activity lifecycle, incorporating feedback in a timely manner.
- Measure and communicate the impact of interventions on business and people performance.
- Document processes and present regular progress reports to a range of stakeholders, including senior managers.
- Conduct research
- Create micro learning modules using basic animation software, such as Vyond or similar

Key capabilities include:

- Minimum 4 years in a process driven role with project coordination experience
- 2+ years working within a learning and development or training team is required.
- A proactive problem-solver
- Excellent time management skills
- A team player who enjoys collaborating
- Analytical, with an eye for detail
- Highly effective communicator
