About the Role

My client is one of the largest providers of training in the area of Training and are looking to appoint a Electrotechnology Trainer and Assessor.

The role requires an individual with experience in the field of Leadership, who holds the appropriate qualification. It is desirable that applicants have a minimum 2 years’ hands on experience in Electrical, to complement their training capacity.

The position focuses on the delivery of quality automotive industry specific training that allows individuals within industry to gain a nationally recognised qualification.

**The Requirements**:
2+ years relevant experience

Cert IV TAE 40116 Training and Assessment

Electrical experience or Electrical Training experience

Ability to follow processes and work within systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Functional computer skills

Ability to self-manage own schedule within the requirements of the position

Capacity to build rapport and maintain valued relationships with our clients/members
