**Description**:
About the Role

The Fleet Co-ordinator will be responsible for fleet operations across all sites at ATSICHS where vehicles are located. The role is expected to co-ordinate day to day fleet operations plus assist the Facilities and Fleet Supervisor in establishing fleet plans for the organisation based on stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

Duties

Maintain efficient and effective fleet management procedures and processes utilizing SG Fleet as the outsourced service provider.
Provide quality administration support to the Facilities service provision.
Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS through use of LogiQC quality management systems.
Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels, which support the nurturing of internal and external relationships, facilitates cooperation, trust and respect, values differences and diversity and guides, mentors and focuses on the development of staff.

**Benefits**:
Permanent full time position with starting annual salary of $68,000. (depending on qualifications and experience).
10.5 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).

**Skills and Experiences**:
Required
- Demonstrated experience in fleet/asset management or other relevant position.

Ability to project manage the procurement and implementation of management systems.
Diploma in Business or equivalent experience gained from multiple appointments in roles involving contract management, project management or procurement.
A demonstrated record of punctuality, able to use sound judgement and able to work unsupervised.
A demonstrated ability to interpret and implement Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
Effective communication skills - both in writing and verbal.
Satisfactory level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Ability to develop and sustain harmonious working relationships with key stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
Ability to support and manage a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes.
Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
National Police Check.
Hold and maintain current C class driver’s licence.
Proven ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Previous experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
