We are currently seeking an passionate educators to work in the OSHC program in a specialist school setting**. **If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.

**The Role**:

- Run child focused programs for school aged children in a specialist school setting
- High staff to student ratio to ensure every child’s individual needs are met
- Provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn and play and have fun
- Maintain a safe environment for all children, families and staff
- Extensive training and onboarding with ongoing support
- Career development and progression pathways
- Be the face of TheirCare in your school community, creating lasting relationships along the way

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector
- High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exhibit our TheirCare values: Caring, Open and Engaged

**Requirements**:
In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role:

- Employee Working with Children Check
- First Aid + CPR Certificate
- Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
- Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Cert 3/Diploma level qualification
