**Please note**: Due to Machinery of Government changes under Section 30 of the Public Administration Act (PPA), effective 1 January 2023, your employment will be with the Department of Transport and Planning. Corporate Services, including payroll, will be provided by Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action while a process for the formal transfer of staff in impacted areas is implemented.

Well, we have a permanent vacancy within the Land Use Victoria Division to manage the audit and certification of property rating and taxation valuations. This role will also provide sound advice to various stakeholders on complex valuation matters and provide timely solutions to issues. See position decription for more details.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Completion of an appropriate tertiary qualification and membership with the Australian Property Institute (API).
- Knowledge of the Valuation of Land Act 1960 and other relevant legislation.
- Knowledge and experience working with Valuation Best Practice Specification guidelines
- Knowledge of the government processes and land administration matters.
- Extensive experience valuing in area of expertise.
- Driver's licence

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 2 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
