Throughout your Traineeship, you will be given mentoring while you complete on-the-job training. We’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you achieve your career goals.

**What will you be doing?**

**Becoming a qualified Greenkeeper opens up numerous opportunities in maintaining manicured lawns and turf across various sports facilities including tennis courts, bowling clubs and cricket clubs. Greenkeepers are also highly sought after by Councils for maintaining public grounds.**

This position will be a contracted Traineeship over 3 years and consist of the following duties;
- Repair damage and regulate pest control
- Mowing, aerating, top dressing, irrigating and fertilising turf including fairways
- Tending to gardens around the club house and maintaining green borders, fairways and greens.
- Full time hours (minimum 38 hours per week)

You must have a passion for working outdoors, operating an assortment of gardening hand tools and an assortment of heavy machinery such as tractors, scarifiers and large lawn mowers. We seek team-oriented individuals that are passionate about high-quality customer servicing, possess an outgoing personality to deal with a variety of people and are ready to work hard.
