The position includes the following requirements:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To communicate and work with EFA staff and provide necessary instruction to

parents and players
- Work closely with Training Programs Manager to plan, organize and execute training

program sessions
- Lead and facilitate player evaluations

Setup, organize and effectively conduct soccer sessions for youth players U8-U14
- Maintain parent and player emergency and other contact information
- Coaching, training and instructing sportspersons by analysing performances and developing abilities
- Planning and directing game strategies, developing play patterns and analysing game progress
- Recruiting players
- Motivating Sportspersons and supervising practice sessions
- Promoting sports and skills development, and overseeing the participation of young

people in sport
- Officiating at sporting events to enforce rules
- Maintaining regular communication with the parents of the teams being coached by

each Coach
- Providing both a mid-year and end of season assessment for all players coached

through each season
- Attending and contributing to coaching planning sessions in the Coaches Meetings
- Providing administrative assistance as required
- Ensuring all sessions are pre-planned and ready to be delivered
- Submitting weekly match report for all games that the Coach provided game day

coaching services for, to Leonardo Pinto, Technical Director Coaching, by 5pm each Sunday

COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

- Play or played in a professional, premier league or similar level experience.
- Reliable transportation. Extensive travel required.
- Relevant work with children approval from government.
- At least Certificate III in a relevant area such as Sports Coaching.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- The applicant needs to hold a UEFA B licence.

SUCCESS FACTORS/PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES:

- An appreciation and passion for the development of young academy soccer players Experience working with young people, preferably in a coaching capacity
- Ability to work on projects independently; must possess a strong work ethic Professional demeanour and appearance
- Punctual and responsible; exceptional organizational & time management skills

REMUNERATION:
$70K-80K YEARLY

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
