We're seeking a savvy, experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our client as part of their dynamic Brand Partnership and Experiences team. This hardworking, passionate team is at the forefront of creating and delivering captivating campaigns and brand experiences for their loyal members on a national scale.

As a
**Marketing Coordinator** you’ll be pivotal in driving activations and integrated campaigns for sought after ‘member only’ experiences from exclusive concerts, theatre performances, top-tier arena lounges, gourmet dining, fashion events, travel and cultural delights. You'll collaborate with partners, manage projects, and immerse yourself in the details to ensure each experience is extraordinary. Your creative spark, attention to detail, and problem-solving prowess will support our clients mission to delight and engage.

**What You'll Do**:

- Bring marketing campaigns to fruition, including crafting compelling communications for members.
- Work with external agencies to brief and project manage integrated campaign materials - print, press, radio, digital, OOH, social content and collateral.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with local and international partners, promoters, venues, and internal teams.
- Optimise company/program benefits within key partnerships, ensuring our members enjoy exclusive perks.
- Oversee ticketing communications, enhancing the anticipation of upcoming events.
- Curate content and maintain website updates for seamless user experiences.
- Contribute to the development and execution of experiential activations and sponsorships.
- Coordinate with venue partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
- Manage finance and service reporting for partnership venues.
- Assist with budget management, ticket inventory, and team administration.

**Who You Are**:

- Hold tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications.
- Boast a minimum of 2+ years in marketing/brand partnerships, or experiential environments. Agency based activations experience will be highly regarded.
- Have a finger on the pulse, show familiarity with the music, entertainment, fashion, lifestyle sectors.
- Contribute creatively to concept development and promotions.
- Showcase exceptional organisation and project management skills.
- Thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Solve problems with initiative and maturity.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work beyond standard hours when needed.
- Bring high energy, tenacity, confidence and a good sense of humour to the table.

Please note; this is not an entry level position. You will be required to have at least 2 years hands-on marketing/brand activations experience to be considered for the role.
