Maxima, in partnership with John Holland, are looking for a committed individual to undertake an entry-level business traineeship as a Receptionist.
John Holland are one of Australia’s leading construction and infrastructure organisations with experience in a variety of industries including rail, energy, and property. John Holland provide an end-to-end service from design and engineering right through to construction, and pride themselves on ensuring this is both innovative and cost-effective for their clients.
This opportunity will see you acting as the first point of contact for the business, assisting to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. Across 12-months you will work fulltime and gain practical work experience and study online towards a nationally recognised
**Certificate III in Business**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Meet and greet customers
- Operate a busy switchboard of incoming calls
- Document management and processing including scanning, filing, and printing
- Data entry
- Additional administrative tasks including mail sorting and stationery orders
**About You**:
- Friendly and welcoming nature
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Efficient multitasking and organisational skills
- Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
- A "can do attitude" and a willingness to learn
**Role Requirements**:
- Proficient technology skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Previous experience with customer service (desirable)
