Nabenet is a leading Occupational Rehabilitation Provider in Victoria. We're an independent Australian-owned company and an approved provider for WorkSafe Victoria and Comcare. Nabenet specialises in the management of workplace injuries with a focus on early intervention.

**You will be based in our Geelong office, with travel required to Hawthorn for team days and training (approx. once a fortnight).**

**Role responsibilities**:

- Providing job placement services within the WorkSafe scheme
- Assisting injured clients to return to work with new employers
- Actively market the skills and aptitudes of individual job seekers to meet the employment needs and skill demands of employers
- Use your communication skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employee

**To ensure success you will**:

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Workers Compensation and injury management
- Ideally, you'll be a registered Psychologist (AHPRA accredited), registered Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC accredited), Osteopath, or Social Worker OR have significant experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or Job Placement Services
- Experience within employment services and/or recruitment will be highly regarded
- A car and valid drivers license
