Full Time Position

Office Based - Broadbeach

We are looking for a skilled and detailed-oriented draftsperson with sound knowledge of building regulations and requirements.

**About You**:

- Proven drafting experience within the building & construction industry
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD / Revit) and other relevant drafting tools.
- Sound knowledge of building regulations, codes and energy efficiency ratings
- Ability to work within a team environment or autonomously
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate drawings
- Ability to read and interpret drawings

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Achieve set targets and maintain high standard of quality
- Produce, review and revise detailed drawings from relevant feedback
- Ensure seamless execution of designs plans by coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Compile design briefs based on client input
- Produce working drawings and 3D renders using relevant software
