Essential Fire Services is a fire protection company based in Balcatta, operating since 2006. We supply, install and service automatic fire detection and suppression systems and we provide passive fire services across the Perth Metro area.

This position is for a full time, permanent Team Manager, to focus on the delivery of Dry Fire Service Works. In the role you will be required to work closely with our Estimator and Electrical Project Manager to ensure a professional delivery of works from end to end.

Experience in the Fire Service Industry as a Leading Hand/Manager/Supervisor is required.

As the Electrical Team Manager you will lead a current team of five employees including two apprentices.
- Australian Electrical Licence - A Grade - (not essential)
- Experience with Dry Fire Systems sector;
- Ability to liaise with clients with fire industry business acumen;
- Ability to coordinate and schedule staff for works required;
- Ability to ensure all services works are completed including all required administration documentation;
- Ability to provide service works within budget including the unexpected costs;
- An understanding or ability to, for processing variations and communicating them with clients in a timely manner; ;
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to meet work demands
- Knowledge to oversee correct safety practices and procedures are completed including SWMS, JSA's and Safety checklist to meet industry safety standards.
- Confidence with written and verbal skills;
- A helpful attitude which is supportive of other colleagues together with a preparedness to take on responsibility;
- Understanding of Australian Fire standards and codes;
- Copfidence learnig computer skills or increasing knowldge of use.
- Ability to manage a team with leadership, professtionalism, support and respect.
