We are looking for someone to join the Wizard family who is highly motivated around patient care, someone who wants to take on more responsibility in the dispensary area of the pharmacy, uses their initiative to constantly find ways of making processes more effective and wants to support the pharmacist in patient engagement.

This pharmacy is located in the Kelmscott Plaza Shopping Centre

**The Role**

Culture is a key part of the Wizard Brand, we aim to inspire a culture of success, and as a Dispensary Assistant at Wizard, you will be supported in your journey to assist the pharmacist in effectively running the dispensary, building patient and interprofessional relationships as well as developing core skills in communication, inventory management and leadership.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Support an experienced pharmacist in implementation of all dispensary procedures and operations including medication dispensing, management of prescription workflows, inventory management and support of pharmacy services as required by the pharmacy.
- Promote Traditional and complimentary health products and services
- Be part of a positive culture and workplace environment
- Provide continuous support across the entire pharmacy including dispensary, over-the counter medicines, nutrition and retail areas.
- Engage with customers to deliver a consistent excellence level patient and customer experience
- Focus on attention to detail and deliver a high standard of presentation of the pharmacy. Work with team in maintaining the merchandise and pharmacy appearance.
- Support team in all brand initiatives such as our Wizard Rewards program and affiliates.

**Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours**
- S2/S3 certificate and a minimum of 12 months experience in community pharmacy is essential.
- Certificate II or III in community pharmacy is desirable.
- Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
- Familiarity with pharmacy software such as dispensing and DAA packing looked upon favourably.
- Retail experience is advantageous
- Strong and effective communication skills
- High attention to detail
- You must supply an Immunisation Certificate that declares you have been vaccinated for COVID-19, or a valid exemption notice accepted by your State Government, prior to commencing employment.
- Knowledge in Webster Packing desirable

**Salary**: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
