Supply Chain Systems Analyst

**About the role**:
As the Supply Chain Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring material master data including replenishment master data is set up and maintained accurately and effectively within key systems.
You will be responsible for the integrity of the system-generated replenishment plans, identifying gaps, and collaborating with key stakeholders and data owners to resolve planning issues. Additionally, you will assist with the implementation of master data standards, data governance, and maintaining data quality within the InfraBuild Steel & Tube business.
This role has the flexibility of being located in ONE of the following locations:
- **Newcastle** at our Mayfield site or
- **Sydney** at our Wetherill Park site or
- **Brisbane** in Coopers Plains
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for Material Master Data integrity across the Steel & Tube business
- Support the S&OP processes ensuring data remains aligned between SAP and APO
- Provide analysis on replenishment plans and develop improvement plans, working collaboratively with planners from InfraBuild Manufacturing
- Support business reporting requirements
- Liaise and support the demand planning manager, supply chain business partners, and coordinators with the replenishment and management of inventory, and optimisation of stock holdings throughout the network
- Support continuous improvement programs to drive improvements in the S&OP process.
- Provide input/support on IT projects for the wider Supply Chain Team
- Provide training and support to Supply Chain and other InfraBuild Steel & Tube staff
**About your experience**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2-3 years’ Experience as Supply Chain Analyst
- 2-3 years of experience Woking with SAP R3 and APO SNP
- Knowledge of Excel (VBA) and Reporting tools Power BI and SQL will be of great advantage.
- Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office (including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Solid skills in data administration, design, and architecture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in training and supporting stakeholders through process change
- A collaborative and effective communicator who has experience in replenishment planning and execution
- Passion, and enthusiasm to drive change
- Proactive attitude and focus on deliverables
