Credit Analyst

MARS Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation in the hunt for an experienced Credit Analyst to join the team. The role supports great career progression and exposure to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide the credit assessment for new customers and ongoing customer credit reviews
- Assess, analyse, monitor and report all credit tasks for clients within the Fleet, Novated, and Commercial Vehicle business units
- Support the wider equipment finance, specialised finance and property teams within the business
- Prepare and present findings regarding financial statements, industry and economic analysis
- Complete annual reviews for existing credit facilities - Fleet
- in line with policy

Key Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of credit analysis experience
- equipment finance and asset lending
- FLEET finance experience required
- Tertiary qualification on Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Law or similar skill
- Good written and verbal skills
- Excellent understanding of Commercial Law, Legislation, Taxation including the Privacy Act, PPSA and AML/CTF
- Strong numeracy skills
- ability to analyse financial statements and identify appropriate credit risks
