**What you’ll do
Support our Senior Asset Planner/Scheduler in the handover of new sites for brands across the Woolworths Group from Construction to Operations. You will collobrate with the Construction team to reach the milestones necessary for successful handover to the Woolworths 360 Facilities Management (360 FM) team.

In this highly visible role, you will support the asset handover for new facilities and renewal of Woolworths Supermarkets, Woolworths Metro, and WooliesX sites across the country. You will also get to support Woolworths New Zealand.

As our Asset Planner Scheduler - Handover, you will:

- Collaborate with Construction Project Managers to ensure timely handover of all required documents and asset data at project completion
- Collobrate with the Construction team to ensure documentation required for handover meets 360 FM requirements under the Woolworths Quality Management System as part of the Woolworths Asset Management Plan, and is compliant with best practice and relevant legislation (e.g. registable plant).
- Reporting and presenting to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Support with asset tagging/quality checking and provide data and reporting.
- Collobrate with the asset tagging supply partner to ensure tagging schedule is upheld and quality is specified. Ensure warranty and defects liability period data is accurate and applied.

**What you’ll bring
As the Asset Planner Scheduler - Handover, you will be the face of 360 FM for the Construction teams and support in the handing over of new assets at project completion. You will have:

- Experience in a similar handover / takeover role
- Experience in project management
- Prior experience using Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) (e.g. Maximo, SAP, Pronto)
- Computer literacy & exposure to spreadsheets/data
- Experience managing stakeholders in a matrix orgaisation, with good communication & influencing skills Exposure in process mapping and procedure writting
