Anytime Fitness Officer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Coach to lead our fitness team and create a motivating and supportive environment for our members. As the Head Coach, you will play a vital role in helping individuals transform their lives through fitness and build a strong community within our gym.

**Position Overview**:
As the Head Coach, you will oversee the fitness operations of our Anytime Fitness Officer location and lead a team of dedicated trainers. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing comprehensive fitness programs, conducting group classes, providing one-on-one coaching sessions, and ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our members. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our members by helping them adopt a healthy and active lifestyle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective fitness programs and training protocols for members of various fitness levels.
- Conduct group classes, personal training sessions, and fitness assessments.
- Motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals by providing guidance, support, and accountability.
- Lead a team of fitness trainers, providing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training.
- Create a positive and inclusive gym environment that encourages member engagement and community building.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with club management to achieve club goals, increase membership retention, and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, ensuring equipment is in proper working order.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Personal Trainer - Certificate IV Personal Training
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training and group fitness instruction.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of fitness professionals.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members and provide exceptional customer service.
- Passion for helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- CPR & First Aid
- Insurance (can be obtained prior to starting)
- WWCC (can be obtained prior to starting)
- Police Check (can be obtained prior to starting)

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Officer, VIC 3809: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 02/10/2023
