The role will add to our existing Asset Management team, to drive great outcomes for our clients as well as promote growth and diversify the team service offerings.
You will bring your experience, knowledge and championing the enhancement of client focused asset advisory, better practice Strategic Asset Management, tactical planning through to Asset integration and operations, to complement our local Team, and strengthen the National business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to work within multisector projects across our Defence, Transport, Water, and Energy sectors that are currently being delivered across Australia and the World. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to work on projects ranging from Sydney Metro, Inland Rail, Victoria Big Build, transformation of the energy sector (Pump hydro), through to defence (AUKUS) and Water reliance (Dam Safety Improvements and infrastructure renewal).
Role responsibilities:

- Provide leadership, rigour, and dynamic thinking in asset advisory services as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve value-based outcomes for projects and asset owners.
- Prepare and lead asset advisory initiatives, such as Asset strategies, management and maintenance plans, business cases and reports, technical advice and analysis, specifications, Asset information/ data and other relevant content and functions.
- Work within client requirements enhancing industry practice for evidence driven decision making.
- Facilitate and promote growth and the diversification of our service offerings

- Team player, experienced coordinating staff and program/project management.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering, Science, Finance or related.
- Relevant demonstrated background in asset infrastructure advisory and/or Asset Management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Well-developed communication skills and experience engaging with client leadership and stakeholders.
- Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to produce high quality reports.

Desirable but not mandatory:

- Prior experience in consulting
- Experience in a large and complex organisation with demonstrated experience in successful planning and implementation of Asset infrastructure projects/ intiatives
- Experience in System Engineering and Safety Assurance
- ISO 55001 Certified Asset Management qualifications
- Chartered Engineer (or equivariant) and RPEQ (or able to get RPEQ status within 12 months)
