Retail Supervisor

Richmond Mitre 10 are currently seeking an outgoing and knowledgeable individual to join the team as a Retail Supervisor. Reporting to the Store Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership within the Retail space to grow and maximise sales, deliver great outcomes for our customers and create an environment that promotes individual growth and development for our employees, as well as safety being part of your day-to-day culture. This is a full time role working across a 6 day roster.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors within the site
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and presentation of products in the store in order to maximise sales and exceed customer service expectations
- Effectively managing stock levels
- Support the store leadership team to deliver results

To be considered for this role applicants need to be able to meet the following selection criteria:

- Previous leadership experience within a retail environment
- Ability to be available for work across a 6 day week
- A passion for customer service and for developing others
- Work in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
