Established in 2006, **BROOK Recruitment **have spent more than 15 years cultivating our ever-growing matrix of relationships. Our focus industries are Property, Construction and Financial Services, recruiting across Business Support, EAs, HR, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Account Management.

We’re seeking an experienced **Talent Acquisition Specialist **who is ready to take the next step in their career

**About The Role**:

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Building a strong network in your industry sector by attending events, utilising LinkedIn and Social Media
- Liaising with clients throughout the entire recruitment process
- Building the **BROOK **brand and developing your own personal brand
- Conducting Talent Searches
- Attending and running client meetings
- General administration

**Skills and Experience**:

- 1 or more years Recruitment experience, either internal or agency
- Energy and passion to succeed
- Business development experience
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- High level understanding of proactive recruitment practices, including use of LinkedIn
