Our client is a highly regarded mid sized law firm with multiple offices on the East coast of Australia.

Dynamic yet down to earth in their approach, the firm has developed a strong reputation servicing a longstanding and loyal commercial client base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated commercial litigation lawyer looking to progress their career with a talented and personable, team.

**The Opportunity**

An exciting new opportunity now exists for a talented commercial litigation lawyer, with 3-5 years' PAE, to join this successful team.

You can expect to be involved in a broad range of commercial litigation matters for clients in a range of interesting industries including:

- construction litigation;
- general contractual disputes;
- property related disputes; and
- insolvency matters.

Construction litigation and/or insolvency experience is not essential but will be well regarded. 3-5 years' post admission experience in commercial litigation gained within a reputable law firm is preferred.

This is a rare opportunity to join a great firm that will allow you regular client contact and support you in taking your career to the next level. And in this team, you'll also have some fun along the way
