**The opportunity**

We are seeking a motivated **Shipping and Receiving Specialist (Warehouse Operations)** to support a world class airborne surveillance, communications and battle management system, the E-7A Wedgetail. It is a bespoke retail warehouse with a team of six staff which support aircraft cycling through Deeper Maintenance at RAAF Base Amberley.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct warehouse operations in a timely manner as part of a team.
- Conduct transactions in warehouse inventory and accounts including Serviceable, Repairable, Quarantine and Disposal Accounts in accordance with Commonwealth and Boeing policy and procedures.
- Support distribution of inventory to meet all internal and external customer requirements which includes repairable items in order to meet the operational schedules.
- Whilst working alongside the customer you will also provide direct support to all internal and external customers.
- Processing (Inventory Management System) transactions to support project activities as required.
- Continue to drive and support a strong safety culture that aligns with Boeing policy.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- School leaver with passes in basic Maths and English desirable.
- Provisional or full car Licence.
- Ability to obtain and hold a Secret security clearance. (NV1)
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
