Relocate to the Sunshine Coast with the benefit of ongoing local work.
Our client has a very high-performance culture which has led them to be one of QLD’s best performing property companies. They have an attractive workbook filled up for 2023 and beyond. Due to this continued success, they are looking for a Structures Foreman for a high-end apartment project at the north end of Sunshine Coast.
You will be joining an established project team adding the final piece of the puzzle to drive the projects productivity from day 1.
You will have extensive experience working on medium to high rise luxury apartments, leading large teams of subcontractors and driving the productivity of the structural trades.
Safety will be your number 1 priority and your ability to run a well programmed, organised, tidy work area will be the lead indicator for your success with safety, program and quality targets.
You will develop a culture on site that is fine tuned for success. Your leadership traits will bring the best out of your subcontractors and you will be used to working with MSP and Procore (or similar).
You will have had 5+ years’ experience working as a Structural Foreman in a Tier1/Tier2 environment on projects valued at $30m +.
