**The Company**

Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of connection systems and apparatus for LV and MV overhead and underground distribution networks, are looking for a Plastic Injection Moulding Technician to join their team. The company also supplies safety, personal protection and portable safety earthing systems.

**The position requirements include, but are not limited to**:

- Set up and start up injection moulding activities
- Organise and plan dies changes with production supervisor
- Troubleshoot equipment of tooling issues during production
- Preventative maintenance on machines
- Forklift and crane operating licences advantageous

**To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following**:

- An understanding of all aspects of injection moulding
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Quality assurance of products produced
- Ability to identify and resolve processing issues
- Superior commitment to safe working practices

**Hours & Rates**
Hours: 6am to 2.30pm - Monday to Friday

Rate: $45 per hour + superannuation
