Bartender/server

At **Italian Street Kitchen**, we pride ourselves on local produce, inspiring delicious hand crafted food bursting with flavour in a warm and welcoming environment. We are located in the heart of **Neutral Bay** and are currently looking for **Bartenders**.
- **About the position and the duties included**:_
- Cocktail making, dispense bar, spirits, tap beer and coffee making skills
- An understanding of bar procedures and processes, including stock takes, set-up and pack down and cleaning roster
- Have a thorough understanding of our food & beverage menu
- Contribute a positive influence to an innovative and vibrant team culture
- **About you**:_
- Minimum of 1+ year in a bartender role in a restaurant, club or hotel environment
- Valid RSA
- A strong focus on customer service & ability to work as part of a team
- Able to work on a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holiday
