**About this Opportunity**

You’ll be part of the transport department and be in contact with many stakeholders (internal and external). Your primary mission is to ensure that all runs/deliveries are leaving on time to meet customer timeslots, with the required paperwork. Your secondary mission will be traffic coordination onsite (either Lactalis or external carrier) and to build the subsequent reporting to support the Transport Coordinator and Transport Manager.

You must have a strong focus on safety and accuracy. You will need a proactive and positive attitude; be able to build collaborative relationships with your team and stakeholders, both internal and external to the business. You will take pride and be committed to delivering high quality work at all times.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
- Intermediate ability of Microsoft Excel
- Strong customer service focus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
